These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the phplus platform, including all sports betting markets, casino-style entertainment, payment services, and account features available to players in the Philippines. Platform Rules and User Agreement
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and use the phplus platform, you must be at least 21 years of age and be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to participate in online sports betting and casino-style entertainment under applicable Philippine law. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active phplus account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the voiding of any associated balances, pending bets, or winnings, as well as the permanent closure of all related accounts. Account credentials — including your username and password — are your sole responsibility, and you must not share access with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify phplus immediately through the contact details available on this platform.
2. Acceptable Use of the Platform
The phplus platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only and must not be used for any commercial, fraudulent, or illegal purpose. You agree not to use the platform in any way that could damage, disrupt, or impair the availability or integrity of the service, including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system, server, database, or software component operated by phplus. The use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to exploit betting markets, manipulate odds, or gain an unfair advantage over other users or the platform is strictly prohibited.
Any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or coordinated betting activity intended to circumvent normal market conditions is considered a material breach of these terms and will result in the immediate suspension of the accounts involved and the withholding of any associated funds pending investigation. phplus reserves the right to void any bets or transactions that are determined, at its sole discretion, to have been placed in bad faith or in violation of these terms. Users must also comply with all applicable Philippine laws when using the platform, including laws relating to online gambling, financial transactions, and consumer protection.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All transactions on the phplus platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and any such transaction may be returned or held pending verification. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the payment method selected, and full details are available in the Finance section of the platform. Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary depending on the channel used.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require additional documentation before funds are released. phplus is committed to processing approved withdrawals within the timeframes described in the Finance section, but notes that delays may occur due to payment provider processing times, public holidays, or compliance review requirements. All funds held in your phplus account must be used for betting and gaming activity on the platform — the account is not intended to function as a general-purpose financial holding facility. phplus reserves the right to apply transaction limits or request additional verification for any withdrawal that triggers internal risk or compliance checks.
4. Betting Rules and Settlement
All bets placed on the phplus platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market and accept the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed. phplus reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: clear pricing errors, data feed failures, events that are cancelled or suspended without a result being reached, or where the integrity of the market has been compromised. Voided bets will have the stake returned to your account.
For in-play betting, the odds and market availability update in real time and bets are accepted at the odds confirmed at the moment the bet is placed, not at a later or earlier price. Settlement of bets will occur as soon as practicable following the conclusion of the relevant event, and phplus uses official results from recognised sporting bodies and data providers to determine outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of phplus based on available official data shall be final. Any errors in settlement discovered after the fact will be corrected as soon as they are identified.
5. Casino-Style Entertainment Rules
Casino-style games available on the phplus platform, including slots and live dealer table games, operate using certified random number generation systems and, in the case of live dealer products, real-time dealing conducted by trained personnel. All game outcomes are determined independently of any prior results and are not subject to manipulation by phplus or any user. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply within each game and are clearly displayed in the game interface. phplus reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice, including for maintenance, technical issues, or licensing reasons. Any bets that are in progress at the time a game is suspended will be settled in accordance with the best available information, and stakes will be returned if settlement cannot be fairly determined. All participation in casino-style games is subject to your account remaining in good standing under these terms.

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of phplus.
The phplus name and logo are proprietary marks of the platform and may not be used in any commercial context, on any third-party website, or in any marketing or promotional material without express written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of phplus intellectual property will be treated as a breach of these terms and may be pursued through applicable legal channels. Users who submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to phplus grant phplus a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that content in connection with the operation and improvement of the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
phplus provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. While phplus takes reasonable steps to maintain the reliability and security of the platform, it cannot guarantee that access will always be available, particularly during periods of scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. phplus shall not be liable for any loss of opportunity, loss of winnings, or indirect or consequential loss arising from any interruption to the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the total liability of phplus to any user in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits phplus liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in the Philippines and acknowledge that phplus cannot provide legal advice as to the lawfulness of gambling activity in any specific personal or jurisdictional context.
9. Changes to These Terms
phplus reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
